Yes, with a machine purchase you will received a complimentary certification class as well as a 4 hour class at Quilted Memories after you have been using your machine for a bit to help you fine tune your quilting and and to offer you any tips that might make quilting easier for you. In addition, we offer ongoing classes to help you learn the skills you desire for your quilting.
Yes, about 95% of Noltings out there can be upgraded to have new equipment put on them.
Yes, we accept some trade-ins. Please be prepared with the Make, Model, and Serial # of your machine along with any upgrades. Please call or stop by for a trade-in quote.
Yes, we offer in-home service. However, due to the nature of parts and their availability it is typically much less expensive for service work to be performed at the shop. This reduces the chance of us needing to make several trips to your home. To schedule service please call 913-649-2704. Many times, service can be handled over the phone at no charge.
We will do our best to service you machine in a timely manner. There may be times when the service required may dictate that you return to pick up your machine.
